These terms and conditions “Terms” apply whenever you use our website www.22ahead.com or order any product through the Website from us.
Following are the terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or order any Product from us.
1. About Us
We are a trading company registered in the UAE under the company name Ufitinive Trading LLC and the Trade license number 1030568 with our registered address at Office 13 & 14 Ground Floor, The Iridium Building, Umm Suqeim Road, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. About you
By ordering any Products from us, you confirm that you are (i) over 18 years old and (ii) ordering Products for delivery in the UAE. If any of the above is incorrect, you must not order any Product from this Website and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or accept your order.
3. Your use of the Website
3.1. You can use the website content for personal use or for buying Products. The website data cannot be copied or distributed for business purposes without permission from us.
3.2. We may deny you access to the Website or refuse to sell the Products to you if you breach the Terms or if we consider your use of the Website to be inappropriate.
4. Products
While pictures of our products are displayed on our website, we do not guarantee that the color of our products matches exactly the color of the picture shown on your computer due to the difference of pixels on your computer.
5. Prices and Delivery
The price that will apply to your order will be the price displayed on the website at the time you submit your order. Although we make all possible efforts that the price mentioned on the site is correct, there is a chance of an incorrect display of the price due to a typographical error.
Further, the price displayed does not include the delivery charges. For details, you can view our shipping charges at the time of checkout.
6. Orders
We make all possible efforts to fulfill your order. However, we cannot ensure order fulfillment in case, we are out of stock, the product is priced incorrectly or your card issuer refuses to authorize your payment.
7. Payment for the Products
7.1. The Products remain our property till the time you have made full payment for the products ordered.
7.2. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details and make the payment or, to the extent it is available on our Website, select the option for payment by payment on delivery. All highlighted fields must be completed. We accept most major credit cards. Please note that we will collect, store and use your information in accordance with Clause 12 of these Terms.
7.3. You will be asked to fill in payment details during the checkout process. We accept most major credit cards. The information submitted is used in accordance with Clause 11 of the Terms.
7.4. If we are unable to deliver your product and you have already made the payment, we will send a cancellation email to you and you will be refunded the full amount.
8. Collection or Delivery of the Products
8.1. We deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days. However, it depends on the Products availability and we cannot guarantee the delivery date. In case of unavailability of the receiver at the address at the time of delivery, the delivery company will retain the Products for a reasonable period of time and then return them to us.
8.2. When you opt for cash on delivery, you will be required to pay the delivery company prior to the handover of the product. If you fail to pay for the products at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to invoice you for any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the Product.
9. Our liability to you
9.1. We will be liable to you only for the loss that incurs from our obvious breach of the Terms. Please note we will not be liable to you if we fail to meet these Terms due to ungovernable events i.e. any natural disaster, terrorist act, or failure of telecommunication networks, etc.
9.2. Our Website may contain links to other websites. We accept no responsibility or liability for any material supplied by or contained on any third-party websites which are linked from or to this Website, or any use of personal data by such third party.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law
10. Returns
10.1. We ensure that all the Products confirm the specifications and are free of defects or damages. However, if the Products do not meet your expectations, you can return the items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note the products must be returned in original packaging with tags attached to them. For a return to be accepted, the return request must comply with our Return Policy.
10.2. You will need to contact our customer support via e-mail at customercare@22ahead.com and provide us with details of the Product to be returned along with the item name, size, and color, and the reason for the return. You will have to provide us with original proof of purchase.
10.3. The Products must be returned in the original packaging and/or box, in original unused condition, and with all tags attached.
10.4. Due to hygiene reasons, no return or refunds will be provided on underwear, swimwear, or socks if the original packaging is not intact.
10.5. The right to accept a return request rests with our fulfillment center after inspection of the Product for compliance with the above terms. You will be informed via email if your request is accepted or not.
10.6. The refunds will be transferred to the credit card account provided within 5 working days after we receive the returned item. In case of cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with bank account details to send you the refund amount. Please note, that delivery fees are non-refundable.
10.7. Returning product after 6 months, this program is currently only for customers and orders within UAE not for International orders.
11. Indemnity
By using this website, it is considered that you agree to indemnify us against all damages, claims, or losses direct or indirect arising out of and in connection with any breach of these Terms by you.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. These Terms were last updated on 1st August 2022. These Terms are updated from time to time. By using the website, you agree to accept the updated and amended Terms.
12.2. If any of these Terms are found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
12.3. These Terms are governed by and comply with UAE law as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. In dispute or conflict arising in connection with these Terms, you and we shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, including the DIFC small claims tribunal, where such tribunal has specific jurisdiction for such claim.

A product that runs out is marked as “out of stock” on the website. You can only order a product if is available on the website.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We are shipping the orders to the areas within the UAE, Gulf countries, and the Rest of the world.
When will I receive my order?
We are giving same-day delivery in Dubai. For all UAE orders, we are giving Express delivery. For GCC, the order will be delivered in 2-3 days. For the rest of the world, the order will be in 3-5 working days. If you do not receive your order within the given time, you can contact us at customercare@22ahead.com.
What is the responsibility of customers in terms of customs duty and taxes in countries where laws and taxes dictate such obligations?
In some countries, customers may be responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes associated with their orders, depending on the local laws and regulations. It's important to note that in the event of a return, the taxes are non-refundable.
Return Policy
- The customer must first inform us by email before arranging the return shipment.
- Ship the product back and email us at customercare@22ahead.com with the airway bill details.
- Clearly mark the parcel as a return shipment.
- Provide the following details in your email:
- Product Name, size, and price
- Reason for the return
- Original proof of purchase
- Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, the customer must arrange delivery to our warehouse.
